PlantMed are looking for medical practitioners with the following requirements:
- interest in cannabis and cannabis medicine (real world or clinical experience preferred)
- open minded, forward thinking, compassionate doctors
- long term commitment- full time/ permanent part time
- good basic understanding of common medical conditions and their conventional treatment (ie inflammatory disease, pain of all sources, autoimmune and neurological disease, anxiety, insomnia, cancer related issues etc)
- good understanding/ interest in nutrition and supplemental support
- understanding of common polypharmacy issues and interactions
- whole body system view of health
- understanding of common mental health conditions – anxiety, depression, etc
PlantMed is always looking for compassionate Doctors to join our team. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Consult with patients at Wilston and Australia wide via telemedicine
- Full training provided
- Supervision provided
- Help patients apply to TGA for approval for prescription medicinal cannabis and maintain patient care
